Be aware of your stressors and your emotional and physical reactions 2. Learn to play 3. Do regular physical exercises 4. Maintain your emotional reserves. Develop mutually supportive relationships. Pursuerealistic meaningful goals 5. Talk out your troubles 6. Be a friend to yourself 7. Learn to plan 8. Avoid unnecessary competition 9. Build your physical reserves: be active, eat well-balanced, nutritious meals, avoid nicotine, excessive caffeine 10. Get enough sleep.
