Donate Blood Donate Life


In conjunction with International Nurses Day on May 12, Nursing school of our university as in previous years has organised blood donation campaign today at the lobby. I have donated my blood 2 times before but unfortunately due to my health condition, I no longer eligible to donate my blood. You, readers, have you donated your blood before or you have any intention to do so in the near future? You may do so at Pusat Darah Negara or at any hospitals in Malaysia. Anyway, thank you to the team of doctors and nurses from National Blood Centre or also known as Pusat Darah Negara.

You are eligible to donate blood if

You are in good health today
You are between 18 to 60 years of age
Your weight is above 45 kg
You had more than 5 hours of sleep
You are free from any medical problems: e.g. high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, operation

Kes Pewangi Tumpah

Kalau nak tahu pagi semalam, pewangi kereta ..alaaa car fragrance yang baru kak long beli tumpah. Cam gini ceritanya. Pagi semalam dalam pukul 6.30am semasa dalam perjalanan ke tempat kerja, kereta dah banyak di jalanraya menuju ke KL. Mak aii...tetiba jer ada satu kereta tu brek, Kak long pun brek la kereta! botol pewangi yang kak long letak kat dashboard tu pun tumbang. Oleh kerana takut pewangi tu tumpah, cepat-ce patla kak long capai botol tu. Payah gak nak capai botol tu sebab tengah memandu. Bila dah dapat pegang botol tu..Kak long pun angkat la nak letak kat tepi...tapi malang betul la ..entah macam mana ...penutup botol tu tercabut! Apa lagi, separuh botol pewangi tumpah atas kain baju kurung. Waaaaa...kelam kabut kejap...pegang stereng sebelah tangan..sebelah lagi capai botol pewangi dan lebih malang lagi..penutup botol tu patah la pulak. Masa tu terfikir nak jer patah balik ke rumah pasal kain dah berbau wangii giler ...ekekekek. Tapi fikir2 balik..ala tak pe la nanti sampai
